The 3 #shaft of Huize Lead-Zinc Mine of Yunnan Chihong Group adopts floor-to-ceiling friction lifting, the lifting height is 1526m, the diameter of the lifting head rope is 55mm, and the number of lifting ropes is 6. Due to the fact that Well 3 # is the first deep well in Asia and one of the few ultra-deep mining mines in China, the replacement of its lifting head rope is a difficult, technically intensive, and highly hazardous work, and there are many difficulties in using manual replacement.
In order to ensure the safe and efficient replacement of the head rope of the 3 #shaft, the mechanized rope replacement method of the intelligent rope change vehicle of Sansen was adopted, and the construction plan and safety measures were scientifically formulated. Only 13 people and 36 hours were used to safely and quickly complete the replacement of 6 head ropes.
In the replacement of the head rope of the 3 #shaft, the ultra-static non-damage clamping is used to realize the linear and continuous retracting of the head rope, and the rope change time is greatly shortened. The life of the head rope is not only increased, the number of rope adjustments is reduced, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and work efficiency is improved. The successful replacement of the head rope in Huize Lead-Zinc Mine provides reference experience for the replacement of lifting wire ropes in ultra-deep wells in my country, which not only brings huge economic benefits to mines, but also brings high safety to mine production.
