The main shaft hoist of Mu Du Chaideng Coal Mine is a multi-rope friction hoist with a lifting height of 749 meters, 6 wire ropes and a rope diameter of 48mm. Since the wire rope has reached the specified service cycle, in order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the main shaft transportation work, the YHC rope change vehicle of Sansen Company was used to replace the head rope of the main shaft hoist in only 10 hours, and the head rope replacement of the main shaft hoist was safely and quickly completed. After the rope change, the one-time test was successful, and there was basically no need to adjust the rope, with high safety and few people.
