China Baowu Masteel Group Luohe Mine Rope Replacement Project

The lifting height of the auxiliary shaft in Luohe Mine of Baowu Masteel Group in China is 666 meters, the number of wire ropes is 6, and the rope diameter is 28mm. The YHC rope change vehicle of Sansen Company is used to replace the wire rope of the auxiliary shaft hoist.

At 9:30 a.m. on December 13, the rope change work officially started. After 10 hours of intense and orderly construction, the replacement task of the head rope of the auxiliary vertical shaft was completed safely and efficiently. The rope change time was greatly shortened, the input of personnel was reduced, and the labor intensity of the operators was reduced.
